What is Breathwork Transformation?

 

Breathwork Transformation is an healing process that releases tension and stress.

 

With a breathing technique, so-called circular breathing, you go on an inner journey, where you are able to face your own obstacles/challenges and at the same time release them. You get to experience freedom and increased vitality.

 

It is good to keep in mind that no two breathwork sessions are the same and people's experiences varies.

Important health-related information before participation:

 

Breathwork can trigger strong physical and emotional responses. Therefore, this session is not suitable for pregnant women or people with serious cardiovascular diseases, epilepsy, bipolar disorder, a history of psychosis or are on strong psychoactive medication. If in any doubt, please consult your doctor, regarding your health condition before joining the session.

Facilitator: Rakel Magnúsdóttir, Breathwork Leader from School of Positive Transformation, trained by Dr. Itai Ivtzan.

 

Location: Skipholt 35, Reykjavík, Art of Yoga. 2nd floor.

Time: Mondays, Kl.19:30-21:10. It is important to arrive a little earlier to get settled in.

 

NOTE - it is not possible to enter the session after it starts.

 

Participants: Max 10  

Price: One session is 6.500 kr.

I knew little or nothing about breathwork when I went to my first session with Rakel. She explained very well what we were going to do, how we should breathe and what to expect. I've tried many types of yoga, meditation, and many other things, but I've never tried anything as powerful as this. From the very first session I experienced amazing things and the relaxation I felt in my body afterwards was wonderful.
