Lectures
Rakel visits companies, counsels and gives lunch lectures (30 - 60 min) and workshops. The goal is to improve and promote employee well-being. The emphasis is on methods of Positive Psychology, Character Strengths, Mindfulness and Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM).

Individual counseling
Rakel specializes in individual counseling, for example due to trauma, anxiety and stress in daily life. Its purpose is to help you find ways to increase your well-being and your ability to cope with the ups and down of life.
